Meet Chibisuke, an 18-year-old part-timer we met on the Harajuku street.

Chibisuke is clad in a red resale Chinese-style satin jacket with extra long sleeves and black Cote Mer pants with graphic print hems. White flame-print sneakers from Nike and accessories – mostly from Bless – such as silver chain earrings, a pendant necklace and a black double grommet belt completed her style.
