Easily catching our attention on the Harajuku street with her tattoos and neon streetwear style is Kaila, who works in the military.

Sporting a curly bob, Kaila stepped out in a black overalls with neon trims from Jaded London, which she styled with a grey tank top. She tied a kawaii printed jacket from 6%DokiDoki around her waist, and tucked her pants into neon green knee-high buckle boots from Demonia. Purple eye makeup, black lipstick, and a neon green pendant choker rounded out her street style.
