Harajuku Two-Tone Street Styles w/ Never Mind the XU, Faith Tokyo, Merry Jenny, Demonia, GU, Kinji & Adidas
Back in Harajuku, we came across Hikari and Rintarou, both 17-year-old students who easily caught our eye with their street styles.
Sporting a black-and-red themed outfit, Hikari is dressed in a red track jacket from Kappa, layered with a black statement “SEX” t-shirt, both sourced from Never Mind the XU. She added a black short pleated skirt, white flame print socks, and black platform sneakers from Demonia. Her accessories – from Faith Tokyo – include a silver charm necklace, a chain link bracelet, and a red glitter buckle belt from Merci Beaucoup. In addition, she is carrying a Merry Jenny bear chain sling bag. Hiraki’s favorite brands are Faith Tokyo and Never Mind the XU, and she likes the music of M-Flo. Hikari is active on Twitter and Instagram.
Meanwhile, Rintarou donned a monochrome ensemble, which consists of a white long sleeved button down shirt with contrast black buttons, black tailored shorts from GU, white Calvin Klein knee-high ribbed socks, snakeskin ankle boots from Never Mind the XU, and a black Adidas sling bag. He accessorized with items from Kinji such as a black ribbed beanie, statement knuckle rings, a black grommet belt, silver chains, and for a pop of color – a purple necktie. Never Mind the XU is also Rintarou’s favorite fashion label, and he enjoys the music of Japanese J-pop singer/songwriter, Noriyuki Makihara. He is also active on Twitter and Instagram.
