Meet Ruan, a 19-year-old HEIHEI staffer and Cinema & Boy CQ idol we often see on the streets of Harajuku.

Sporting a long blonde fringed hairstyle styled with a plaid hair barrette, Ruan is dressed in a black HEIHEI t-shirt with cuffed sleeves, which she tucked into a long plaid skirt with a tiered floral panel and side straps, also from HEIHEI. Black glitter socks, black lace-up shoes from Yosuke, and a black leather sling bag with embossed heart from Tokyo Bopper rounded out her look. Accessories such as a silver chain necklace, a ball chain bracelet and a knuckle ring are the finishing touches to her casual street look.
