Meet Hiyori, a 21-year-old HEIHEI shop staff we see often on the streets of Tokyo.

Hiyori stepped out in a light pink HEIHEI babydoll dress, which features a peter pan collar and a blue plaid shirt panel with cutout shoulders. She slipped on white socks, stepped into black suede bow shoes from Tokyo Bopper and finished off with a red plaid beret. In addition, Hiyori is carrying a white heart-shaped quilted bag with a gold chain strap.
