Japanese Eclectic Vintage & All Black Street Styles w/ YRU, Comme des Garcons & 80s Junko Shimada
We met 19-year-old Ayato and 18-year-old Towy on one of the Harajuku streets. They caught our eye with their striking colored hairstyles and interesting outfits.
At the left sporting a bright green bob, Towy’s look consists of a vintage two-tone animal print turtleneck asymmetric coat, a floral print accordion pleat skirt in orange and green hues, a blue duffle bag slung across his body, and YRU platform boots with sequins and studded detailing. Meanwhile, Ayato – sporting red hair and an all black outfit – is wearing a blazer over a button up shirt and drop crotch pants, all of which are from streetwear brand, Comme des Garcons. He finished off his look with ribbed socks, leather shoes from 80’s Junko Shimada, and accessories from Comme des Garcons such as silver disc earrings, and a double grommet belt.
