Japanese Minimalist Streetwear Styles w/ Blunt Bob, Tassel Earrings, Kemono Hooded Coats, Nozomi Ishiguro, Dr. Martens & Tokyo Bopper Ankle-Wrap Platforms

Grabbing our attention with their minimalist avant-garde streetwear styles are Shota and Kana.

Dressed in a monochrome ensemble at the left is Shota, the 26-year-old model and musician we often feature on our street snaps. He stepped out in a black button down hooded maxi coat from Kemono, which he styled with layers consisting of an oversized button down shirt and a zippered cape coat, both of which are also from Kemoni. He slipped into white wide leg pants from Nozomi Ishiguro, and stepped into a pair of black leather shoes from Dr. Martens. He finished off his look with his signature mahjong tile earring with purple tassels. Kemono is Shota’s fashion favorite, and he enjoys rock music. Meanwhile, Kana is sporting a dark blue ensemble, which consists of a dark blue oversized hooded coat with white trims from Kemono. The 16-year-old student wore the coat over a matching dark blue zip-up top with an oversized cowl neck detail, also from Kemono. A pair of black ankle-wrap platform shoes from Tokyo Bopper finished off her minimalist style. Kemono is Kana’s favorite fashion label, and she is also active on Twitter and Instagram.
