Japanese Streetwear Style w/ Face Art, Flared Arm Guards, Collared Shirt Panel, See-Through Waist Bag & Leather Boots

Standing out on the streets of Tokyo’s Harajuku neighborhood is Takemaru, the 23-year-old street style personality and designer we often feature on our street snaps.

This afternoon, Takemaru – with a bold and wavy red mullet – is wearing a sheer purple halter top with sequins and fringes. He layered a black wrap collared shirt panel with a bird artwork print and red contrast trims over the halter top, and donned matching black flared arm guards. Blue checkered track pants with snap button closures tucked into black leather zipper boots with Y ankle straps, and a blue see-through waist bag completed his outfit. Striking face art, a blue sheer veil with gold sequins and fringes, a black leather grommet belt used as a harness and silver chain accessories are the finishing touches to his eye-catching look.

Takemaru’s favorite fashion label is his own, TKM Tokyo Official. Check out Takemaru’s style feed and social media updates on Instagram and his official website.
