Japanese Teens’ Casual Monochrome Styles w/ Goggles, Second Street Leopard Blouse, Yosuke Purple Boots, John Lawrence Sullivan Shirt, Nodress High Waist Pants, Bigotre Bag, WEGO, Gallerie & Eytys Studded Shoes

While we were out walking the streets of Tokyo, we came across Shiori and Haruka, two students sporting interesting monochrome casualwear on the Harajuku street.

At the left is 18-year-old Shiori, who is clad in a black-and-white leopard print bow blouse from Second Street, which she tucked into a pair of black shorts. She cinched her shorts with a black leather grommet belt and finished off her style with black ribbed socks and purple leather lace-up boots from Yosuke. Her accessories – mostly handmade – include goggles, a silver lip ring, chain and safety pin earrings, a chained collar necklace and layers of silver bead necklaces, and multiple flower rings. The Mondays, Shury, and For Your Pleasure are some of Shiori’s favorite fashion brands, and she enjoys the music of Big Bang, Coco Rosie, Sheena Ringo and Tokyo Gegegay. Follow Shiori on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Haruka stepped out in a white 3/4 sleeve shirt from John Lawrence Sullivan, which he tucked into high-waisted black pants from Nodress. The blue-haired 19-year-old stepped into black leather shoes with grommets and studs from Eytys, and completed his style with embellished sunglasses, chained earrings, a studded rhinestone choker, a silver cross bracelet, and silver knuckle rings. His accessories are from WEGO and Gallerie. In addition, Haruka is toting a black leather clasp purse with a wide grommeted strap from Bigotre. Haruka loves to shop at Shury and MYOB, and he likes listening to BTS.
