Kimono Jacket, Corset, Blue Hair & Winged Shoes in Harajuku

Hikaru is an 19-year-old beauty school student with green hair who we met on the street in Harajuku.

Her look features a colorful print kimono robe over a Peter Pan collar top, a white corset, striped pants, and winged shoes by the Japanese brand Yosuke.
