Harajuku Girl w/ LED Sneakers, Sheer Skirt, MCM Bag & Resale Shirt

Monroe is a 14-year-old Japanese junior high school student and someone who we often see around the streets of Harajuku.

When we met Monroe this time, she was wearing a plaid resale shirt with a tiered sheer skirt from Bubbles Harajuku and blinking LED sneakers (also from Bubbles). Her leather bucket bag is by MCM. She’s also wearing a nose ring.
