Dark Minimalist Japanese Streetwear w/ Kujaku, Yohji Yamamoto, Ann Demeulemeester & Lad Musician
We caught up with Mika and Tsukasa, whose striking all-black Japanese minimalist fashion caught our eye while wandering down the streets of Harajuku.
Mika is a 20-year-old student with exceptional layering skills perfect for combating the cold in style. She donned an all-black outfit from Kujaku, which consisted of a maxi coat, a button-down top, and a long skirt. Strapped on one shoulder is a black leather bag from Y’s and on her feet are black leather boots from Ann Demeulemeester. She finished off her look with bold red lips and a black scarf with fringe trims wrapped around her neck. For more on Mika, follow her on Instagram and Twitter.
Meanwhile, Tsukasa stepped out in an all-black outfit from Yohji Yamamoto. He wore a black long-sleeved top under a collarless jacket with front button closures and a graphic print on the sleeve. The actor styled them with black wide-leg pants and a peach scarf for a pop of color. To complete his look, Tsukasa wore black leather boots from Lad Musician and carried a black leather bag from Zara. Tsukasa lists Kujaku as a fashion favorite, and he enjoys listening to music from One OK Rock.
