Chic Minimalist Tokyo Street Style w/ Beams Ruffle Dress, Velvet Heeled Boots & Marc Jacobs Logo Bag

In Harajuku, we came across Shiori, a 16-year-old student who we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.

Today, Shiori – sporting an ash blonde pixie cut – is clad in an aqua satin long-sleeved Beams dress with a mock-neck collar and asymmetrical ruffled hem. She slipped into velvet heeled boots from Zara, accessorized with multiple silver knuckle rings, and added a Marc Jacobs sling bag with a printed sling strap to complete her minimalist yet striking style.
