Pink-Haired Harajuku Girl in The 1975 Band Tee, Ripped Denim & Devilish Harness

While going around Harajuku, we came across Phell in ripped denim and pink hair.

Phell wore a white The 1975 band tee, ripped jeans in acid wash from the fashion brand GU, and white, platform lace sneakers. She completed her outfit with a transparent clutch with Little Twin Stars inside, a beaded bracelet as well as a pastel harness from Devilish.
