Punk Street Style w/ Ruffle Shirt, Comme des Garcons Skirt & Dr. Martens Ankle Boots

While walking along the busy street in Harajuku, we spotted Cheney, a regular feature on our street snaps.

Today, Cheney is sporting a punk inspired style, which consists of a used ruffle shirt, a black Comme des Garcons layered skirt, black socks, and Dr. Martens ankle boots with white laces. His accessories include a black hat, a chunky lock necklace, and a red arm band.
