Tokyo Monochrome Streetwear Styles w/ Cat Eye Sunglasses, Belted Corset, Harley Davidson, DYOG Cropped Top, Gallerie, Zara, H&M, Bershka, Forever21, Demonia & Converse

Standing out with their eye-catching black streetwear ensembles in Shinjuku are Popochan, Miyu Yoshino and Makoto.

At the left in an all black style is Miyu, an 18-year-old student. She stepped out in a Harley Davidson spaghetti strap top, which she wore over a ribbed turtleneck top. She donned a ruched maxi skirt from Gallerie, cinched it with a wide belted corset, and stepped into a pair of leather lace-up boots from Demonia. Accessories – some of which are vintage and some from Nadia – include black cat-eye sunglasses with chain straps, rhinestone studded earrings, a silver choker and multiple rings. Miyu loves to listen to the music of Ging Nang Boyz, and she is active on Instagram.

Sporting a monochrome style at the middle is Makoto, whose outfit consists of a Zara blazer, worn over a monochrome geometric print turtleneck top from H&M. He slipped into matching geometric print tights, wore black H&M denim pants with slit hems, and stepped into black Converse lace-up sneakers to complete his look. Accessories – from Bunka – such as a leather belt with a keychain, and a resale black leather fringe sling bag rounded out his style. Zara and H&M are two of Makoto’s favorite brands, and he likes listening to The Killers.

Meanwhile, Popochan – sporting a fringed bob – is clad in a black cuffed blazer from Bershka, a white DYOG cropped turtleneck top, and black belted pants. Dark blue crocodile leather lace-up boots from Forever21, a black Studio NICO sling bag and silver rings are the finishing touches to her monochrome style.
