Tokyo Streetwear Styles w/ Purple Hair, HEIHEI Plaid Beret, Shimamura Skirt, Varsity Jacket, Choking Hazard Pants, Winnie The Pooh Backpack, & Dickies
While out and about on the streets of Tokyo, we came across this trio of girls sporting eye-catching colorful ensembles. From left to right, they are: Yuka, Mizuki and Yuki.
At the left is purple-haired Yuka, a 19-year-old student. She stepped out in a Del Monte colorblocked parka jacket, worn over a resale striped button down shirt and paired with a black Shimamura ruffle skirt. Black New Balance socks, black patent leather lace-up sneakers from Shoplist, a plaid HEIHEI beret, vintage hair pins, and a black HEIHEI tote bag rounded out her style. Yuka lists Yuka and Kobinai as her favorite fashion brands and she enjoys the music of Amazarashi, Creephyp and Aimyon. Follow Yuka on Twitter and Instagram.
Sporting a colorful blue outfit at the middle is Mizuki. The 17-year-old student is dressed in a resale blue varsity jacket with contrast white trims, and a yellow kanji print t-shirt layered over an orange turtleneck top. The tops are from FR2 and GU. Resale blue Choking Hazard print pants cinched with a brown leather belt, black Forever21 lace-up shoes, and an orange Dickies backpack completed her look. Mizuki embellished her style with resale accessories such as an oversized yellow chain necklace and an orange-and-black striped scarf around her torso. Mizuki loves going to resale shops for fashion finds, and she likes the music of Riu Domura.
Meanwhile, 16-year-old Yuki is clad in a brown mohair jacket, which is a hand-me-down from her grandmother. She styled her vintage jacket with a silk pussybow blouse from RRR and tucked her blouse into a resale red A-line skirt. White socks, black leather lace-up shoes, a resale Winnie the Pooh plushie backpack, a single cross earring, a black leather belt and a gold knuckle ring finished off her style. Yuki lists M.Y.O.B., Ground (Z)ero and RRR as her favorite fashion brands, while Gesu No Kiwami Otome and Jenny High are her top musical picks.
