Meet Mito, a 19-year-old student we met near Vantan Fashion College in Shibuya.

Sporting a two-tone purple-and-blue fringed bob, Mito stepped out in a black lace long-sleeved bow blouse from Bubbles, worn under a blue-and-purple cropped corset top with silver chain straps and a matching pleated belted skirt, both of which are also from Bubbles. She finished off her style with white socks, black leather platform heel, and a thin silver chain necklace from Tiffany & Co.
