Here’s Mizuki, whose cropped blonde hair and stylish all-black ensemble caught our attention in Harajuku.

The 21-year-old TONI&GUY hair stylist donned a black trench coat from Never Mind the XU, which featured wide lapels and front button closures. Mizuki wore it over a Gallerie zip-up top and black pants. She styled them with black leather shoes from Zara, a black fur scarf, and a Double Name crossbody bag slung across her back. Her blonde hair and bright pink lips provided a stark contrast to her dark winter look.
