All Black Tokyo Street Style w/ Half Color Hair, Cut-Out Shoulder Dress, Corduroy Pants, Leather Backpack & Sneakers

Catching our attention at Bunka Fashion College is Saika, an 18-year-old student with blue-and-pink half-color hair and an all black outfit.

Saika stepped out in a black dress, which features cut-out shoulder details, wide cuffs, a ruffled peter pan collar, lace trims and a sheer tiered skirt. She donned a pair of loose corduroy pants, and stepped into a pair of black sneakers with clear soles. Round eyeglasses with chain straps and a black backpack with gold metal details finished off her style.
