Aqua-Haired Harajuku Student in Vintage Japanese Coat, Takenoko Shorts & Super Tall Heel Less Heels

Zutti is a 19-year-old Japanese beauty school student who we have been seeing around the streets of Harajuku quite a bit lately.

In addition to their aqua hair, Zutti is wearing a vintage Japanese traditional print coat over a black top, black faux leather short shorts with a belt buckle and fishnets, and tall platform heel less heels.
