Black Layered Outfit w/ Biker Jacket & Comme des Garcons Platform Shoes in Harajuku

Meet Kyosuke, a 19-year-old fashion college student. His blonde hair and black outfit caught our eye on the street near LaForet Harajuku.

Kyosuke layered a ruffle shirt with a blazer, a biker jacket and a pearl necklace. He is also wearing a maxi skirt, a backpack and Comme des Garcons platform shoes with blue soles.
