Here’s a colorfully dressed 21-year-old Tokyo college student named Yu who we snapped on the street in Harajuku.

Yu is wearing a tie-dye shirt and snakeskin-print shorts from the famous Harajuku boutique Dog, two-tone socks, and velcro platform sneakers (which look customized), also from Dog. Accessories – at least one of which is from Givenchy – include ring earrings, a gauged earring, a spiked necklace, a wide black leather bracelet, and a spiked/studded backpack from the Japanese brand Memento.

I love those platform shoes. The blue part almost looks a bit gel-like. I’ve seen these shoes on street snaps a few times now! I’m wondering now if its the same guy, or if DOG sold a few of this same style?
