Friendly Girls in Jeremy Scott Troll Skirt vs. KISS the Spaceman Top

We met these two friendly students in Harajuku. On the left with twin ponytails is 21-year-old Shiori. She’s wearing a dotted knit top from Zara with a short skirt in the Jeremy Scott troll print. On her feet are plush sandaru (flip flops) from EMV. Accessories include tropical fish earrings and a pretty embroidered and beaded handbag from Accessorize.

The girl on the right with braids is Maina. Her KISS the Spaceman fringed t-shirt is borrowed from her mother. She’s also wearing cuffed denim shorts and carrying a red zippered bag that’s also borrowed from her mother. Her tan, aqua and blue sneakers are from Nike. Lace-trimmed socks complete her look.

Maina’s accessories include a colorful butterfly clip in her hair from Indo Festival. When we asked Maina about her favorites the answer was Bubble for fashion and The Boom and Forever the Sickest Kids for music.
