h.Naoto Staffer’s Dark Harajuku Style w/ Top Hat, Black Jacket & Boots

We met this stylish fellow in Harajuku, and stopped him for a few pictures. He works at Kincs, for the clothing brand h.NAOTO.

He is wearing a dark outfit, contrasting with his partially blond hair. His pants and blazer (or cropped trench?) coat are detailed with prints and leather. He is wearing them with a white, high-collared shirt, a ribbon around the neck, and a sheer skirt. He also has a long earring, a top hat and buckled lace-up boots.
