Here’s Mako, whose impressive take on winter street style caught our eye in Harajuku.

The 22-year-old student was clad in head-to-toe black save for a Miya Nishiyama scarf, which added a dash of color to her ensemble. Mako wore a Tricot Comme des Garçons coat over a silver jacket and a black sweater with extra long sleeves and ribbed cuffs. Her black skirt from Tricot Comme des Garçons stopped below the knees and featured tiered ruffles. Mako styled them with distressed multicolored fishnet stockings and black suede platform shoes with wide ribbon laces from Tokyo Bopper. She also wore a dark green hat from CA4LA, which featured contrasting fur trims and animal print. Round glasses with pink-tinted lenses and a black leather handbag from Comme des Garçons finished off her look.

Her favorite fashion brands include Comme des Garçons, Yohji Yamamoto, and Tokyo Bopper. Follow Mako on Instagram.
