Harajuku Girls in Japanese Eclectic Street Styles

While out on the Harajuku street one evening, we came upon this trio of students who caught our eye with their eclectic street styles. They are Miori, Nanase and Yumi.

Long-haired Miori, – 16-years-old – is sporting a two-tone color style which consists of a silver hoodie puffer jacket from Forever21, worn over a black turtleneck sweater from Cactus..Cepo and paired with black leather tights from Kinji. She completed her outfit with black platform lace up shoes from Yosuke, and a black RRR Sugar Spot Factory belt bag slung across her neck. Kinji Harajuku is Miori’s favorite fashion brand, and she likes the music of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Back Tick, and Lady Gaga. Miori is active on Twitter and Instagram.

At the middle is 16-year-old Yumi, whose outfit features a black Nike zipper jacket, a Labrat Tokyo white t-shirt with front print, which she wore over a green ribbed turtleneck top, and a high-waisted plaid skirt from Eastboy. Black butterfly print socks, black H&M mary jane shoes, and a printed canvas tote bag from Ibuki Sakai finished off her ensemble. Her accessories – from WEGO – include clear oversized eyeglasses, heart earrings, and a white skinny belt. Yumi loves to shop at Labrat Tokyo, and she enjoys the music of Avntis.

Meanwhile, 14-year-old Nanase’s look consists of a panda hoodie jacket and a red ruffle collar dress – both from Kinji – which she styled with red-and-silver high-top sneakers from Mercari and a purple Gangar Pokemon plush sling bag, which she also bought at Mercari. She accessorized with cute hair clips from Nakano Ropeway, a Dragon Ball Z neck wallet, and a Doraemon toy necklace, from Decotoland and Aeon. Kinji is also Nanase’s favorite fashion brand, and she listens to the music of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Atarashii Gakkou No Leaders. Nanase is also active on Twitter and Instagram.
