Japanese Steampunk Style by Strange Artifact MaRy in Harajuku

We met MaRy, the singer for the Japanese steampunk band Strange Artifact, on the street in Harajuku at night. In addition to her band, MaRy designs steampunk accessories under her Poorman’s Gold label.

MaRy’s steampunk look features a black ruffle blouse with a leather corset, an asymmetrical skirt, striped tights, and brown leather boots. Accessories include a lace-covered hat, hair falls, a leather necklace, several leather rings and pouches, a leather waist bag decorated with an Alice in Wonderland character, and a plush octopus.
