Wego Skirt, Black Suspenders & Fringed Hat

This is L, a 17-year-old student we met in Harajuku. She’s wearing a ruffled white cotton shirt from g.u. and a long plaid skirt from Wego. Her accessories include black suspenders and a cute fringed yarn hat. She’s carrying a bright print bag and wearing black work boots.
