Here are two fun and colorfully-dressed girls who we ran into right outside of the famous Shibuya 109 department store in Tokyo.

She’s also carrying a Vivienne Westwood shopping bag. Her friend is wearing an Angelic Pretty “Fantastic Dolly” JSK (dress) under a cute red coat, a matching large Angelic Pretty polka dot hair bow, another hair bow, a pink 6%DOKIDOKI “Milky Way” hair clip, stockings, and lolita shoes. Her purse choice is a black heart-shaped handbag.
