Blue-Green Braids, Corset Top, Gold Pants, Chanel & Jeffrey Campbell Spikes

This is Chipa, a friendly 19-year-old specialty school student who we often see around Harajuku. Her blue-green braided hair and stylish outfit caught our eye and made us want to take some street snaps.

She told us her cardigan is from Sammy-chan, and that she paired it with a H&M corset and a white blouse, as well as gold pants from Bubbles Harajuku. Her backpack is Chanel, and her spike creepers are Jeffrey Campbell. Chipa is also wearing colorful contacts, AvantGarde Harajuku heart shaped earrings and a pearl and chain necklace.
