Colorful & Kawaii Decora Girls on Cat Street in Harajuku

Here are two fun girls who we met on Cat Street in Harajuku. Their colorful fashion and lots of cute accessories are typical of classic Harajuku decora. The big curly wig of the girl on the left is a key element of the newer “hadeko” subculture.

The girl on the left is wearing a graphic top with a pretty flower skirt, striped knee-high socks, and Melissa bow shoes. Her numerous accessories include a top hat with a rabbit, a bow tie, hair clips, necklaces, bracelets, an eyeballs ring, and an ice cream bag.

Her friend with the rainbow hair is wearing a pink hoodie over a graphic top, denim shorts, two different color tights, and leopard print sneakers. Her decora accessories include Hello Kitty hair clips, lots of rings (including an eyeball bow), candy bracelets, a polka dot bag, a fuzzy skull bag, and a heart purse.
