Cute Girl’s Blonde Braids, Blue Beret & Short Chiffon Skirt

This cute girl with blonde braids and a blue beret is Risa, a 17-year-old student. She’s wearing a long black hoodie from Uniqlo, a Disney top from Shimamura and a short skirt made from black chiffon over a leopard print. She’s also wearing black tights and socks with a band of dripping purple. Her white platform sneakers are from Converse.
