Harajuku Girl w/ Eyeball Bow, Cheerleader Skirt & Creepers

Here’s a cutely dressed 19-year-old Japanese girl with streaked hair who we met in Harajuku.

Her outfit features a black beret, a resale denim jacket that looks like it’s been chopped on the bottom to make it cropped (not the first hand-cut jacket we’ve seen this winter) over a sweater, a red cheerleader skirt from the Tokyo resale shop Chicago, colorful tights, and white creepers that she also picked up resale. Accessories include an eyeball bow wristband, a large button that says “Nantoka Naru” (roughly, “Everything will be okay somehow!”), and a Thank-You Mart backpack decorated with several charms and buttons (we can recognize one from Spinns Harajuku and another for the J-Rock band The Mirraz).

When we asked about things she likes, she told us that her favorite shop is Nadia Harajuku and her favorite music is by is the Japanese wolf-headed rock band Man with a Mission.
