Harajuku Girl’s Pretty Red Hair Color, Anna Sui Top & Rocking Horse Shoes

Meet 17-year-old Makiron, a cutely dressed Japanese girl who we photographed on the street in Harajuku. The beautiful red and orange color streaks in her braided hair caught our attention on first sight.

Makiron is wearing an Anna Sui top (featuring an illustration by Masayuki Ogisu) along with a skirt that she purchased at a resale shop in Koenji and red rocking horse shoes that she bought at “a shop on Takeshita Dori in Harajuku” (could be Body Line). Her accessories include bold blue stockings, a black hair bow and matching wrist bow, a leather choker, two pyramid rings from Monomania, and several studded bracelets (at least one of which came from Harajuku’s G2? boutique). Makiron went DIY and handmade the decorated red cross bag that she is carrying.

Makiron’s favorite shop is G2?, her favorite brand is Monomania, and two of her favorite bands are Capsule and Canada’s I Am Robot and Proud. If you’d like to know more about her (and see more pictures of her awesome hair coloring), check out Makiron’s official blog!
