Harajuku Girl in Top Hat, Cat Backpack, Bomber Jacket & Creepers

Here’s a friendly Harajuku girl whose rainbow tinted hair caught our eye near the famous LaForet department store.

Her look includes a top hat with an infinity scarf, a bomber jacket with patches, a long plaid top, striped shorts, and red suede high top creepers. For a bag, she’s wearing a cute (but slightly scary) black cat backpack.
