Harajuku Girl’s Cutoff Shorts, Blue Blazer & Large Yellow Clutch

The season has changed and we’re seeing more girls in shorts on the streets of Harajuku. This cute girl with a short blonde bob is Konomi. She didn’t tell us where she bought her outfit, but we like her combination of blue blazer, black cotton blouse and white cutoff shorts. She’s also wearing white tights and white sneakers. Her purse is a large yellow clutch.
