Harajuku Girl in High Waist Denim & Platform Sandals with Socks

Rika is an 18-year-old student wearing a red and blue outfit who we met and street snapped in Harajuku.

Rika’s denim jacket is from WEGO and her high waist shorts are by GU. She wore them with a red top from Heather, a Honeys handbag, and Spinns platform sandals with socks.
