Harajuku Guy’s Phenomenon Ruff Collar Cross Jacket & Spikes

Here’s a stylish Japanese guy we met in Harjauku. We happened to be walking behind him when the Elizabethan/ruff collar on his jacket caught our attention.

Besides the cool ruff collar, the black Phenomenon MA-1 jacket that he’s wearing also features a 3D raised cross on the back that makes it stand out even more. The rest of his outfit includes a graphic cap embellished with spikes, cropped pants, and shiny heeled shoes.
