Meet Shiho Tabei, a headpiece and accessory artist we often feature on our Harajuku street snaps.

This evening, Shiho is dressed in an Otoe outfit, which consists of a leopard print coat, a blue jacket, a striped top and a brown jumpsuit. White sneakers, a printed canvas tote bag, a shiny waist bag, and accessories – from her own brand – such as round eyeglasses, and multiple chokers are the finishing touches to her style.
