Meet Neo Baba, the 13-year-old English-speaking child actress and TikToker we’ve featured a few times before in our Harajuku street snaps.

This afternoon, Neo Baba – sporting a twin tails hairstyle – is dressed in an X-Girl outfit featuring a rainbow striped sweater and cuffed denim overalls. White FILA sneakers with metallic purple velcro straps, Plaza rainbow hair ties and a Samantha Thavasa Petit Choice Peko-chan crossbody bag to round out her style.
