Here’s a 19-year-old Japanese specialty school student named Hiromi who we met on the street in Harajuku. Hiromi’s short blonde hairstyle is one of the things that made her stand out.

Hiromi’s wearing an H&M striped blazer with a belted Zara aqua skirt, fishnet stockings, knit socks, and cute black bow shoes from ShoeBAR. Her accessories include a vintage key necklace, a large costume jewelry-type ring that she bought at a resale shop, and a black leather handbag that was also purchased resale.

Hiromi told us that two of her favorite shops are the Harajuku resale boutique Kinsella and Zara. Her favorite type of music is rock.
