Kawaii Harajuku Style w/ Ombre Twintails, Fishnet Thigh Highs & Candy Stripper

Tetsuko Okuhira (aka “Peco”) is an 18-year-old student and model who we recently ran into in Harajuku. Her super kawaii look features twin tails and bangs, with purple ombre hair.

Tetsuko’s white blouse and denim romper are from Spinns. She is also wearing fishnet over-the-knee socks, a WEGO “hug me” bag, a cross choker, and spike and studs mary-janes from Candy Stripper.
