L’Arc-en-Ciel Fan in Harajuku w/ Dark Fashion & Gothic Makeup

Noel is a Harajuku girl who you might recognize from her longtime participation on the Harajuku Fashion Walk and Pop N Cute events. We often see Noel around the streets of Harajuku, and this time we met her after dark!

Noel’s gothic look here features a long black coat, black pants, and black boots. Accessories include gothic makeup, silver rings, and a transparent tote bag.

Noels favorite brands include VAMPS, L’Arc-en-Ciel and Hyde. As far as fashion, she likes Black Peace Now, Algonquins and h.NAOTO. Noel speaks English and she’s active on Twitter and Instagram if you want to know more!
