Lisa13 in Harajuku w/ Pink Hair, Polka Dots, Safety Pins & Demonia

Lisa13 is the guitarist for the Japanese all-girl rock band Heart Panic. She’s also a well-known personality on the streets of Harajuku, where we took these fashion snaps.

Lisa’s look – with eye-catching pink hair – features a short sleeve cardigan over a polka dot dress, safety pin-decorated arm warmers, a blue pannier skirt from G2?, a spike leather garter, “Stairway to Heaven” tattoo tights, and platform Demonia boots. Accessories include heart sunglasses, a large hair bow with the word “HATE” on it, a razor blade necklace, a leather choker, and several cute handmade candy bracelets and rings. Lisa’s patent handbag is from designer Vivienne Westwood.
