This Japanese girl with the eye-catching Che t-shirt is Chiemi, a 21-year-old hair & makeup artist. Her maxi pleated skirt is from Nomine. Accessories from Forever 21 and other shops include a cool double ring with a filigreed cross and a wide sequin belt. She’s carrying a cute gray purse with metal studs from Lowrys Farm. Her shoes are black Converse high top sneakers.

We asked Chiemi about her favorite shop and designer and the answer was H&M and Betsey Johnson. Her favorite band is Scandal.
