Pretty Pastel Fashion in Harajuku w/ Plush Bag, Care Bears, Lace & Bows

Chun is a friendly girl who works at the popular resale shop New York Joe Exchange in Shimokitazawa. We see her around Harajuku every so often and her pastel coordinates are always stunning. You might remember Chun’s street snaps from last summer.
