Pink Braided Hair w/ Resale Layered Dresses & Vivienne Westwood Heart Bag in Harajuku

This is Meru, a 19-year-old girl we spotted in Harajuku. She has pink, braided hair and is wearing a romantic, vintage style outfit.

Meru layered a resale denim dress over a white one, and paired them with a heart shaped Vivienne Westwood bag and a necklace from the same designer. We also noticed her teddy bear hair bow and her animal print slip-ons.
