Pink Hair, Ripped Stockings & Studded Rocking Horse Shoes in Harajuku

Here’s a 19-year-old Japanese student named Aoi who we ran into in Harajuku. All of the red/pink in Aoi’s look – including her pink hair – caught our eye right away.

Aoi is wearing a rose-pattern dolman sleeve sweater from Romantic Standard, a cute black skirt, striped and ripped stockings, and studded platform rocking horse shoes that she said were “remake” (customized). Accessories – some of which came from Romantic Standard – include a large chain necklace with a cross, a ring, and a black leather purse.

Aoi’s favorite shops include Nadia and Romantic Standard, both of which are located in Harajuku.
