Giant Purple Hairbow, Polka Dot Dress, 6%DOKIDOKI & Angelic Pretty in Shinjuku

Here’s an 18-year-old Bunka Fashion College student who we met in Shinjuku. She told us that her name is “Necoco”. Her large purple hairbow is what first caught our attention.

Necoco’s outfit, which includes items from Cecil McBee and others that she purchased at Laforet Harajuku, features a polka dot dress (hints of Minnie Mouse) with a neon green belt, a black sweater, black tights, and rainbow snakeskin-print heels with bows from the Japanese brand Poolside. Accessories – some of which came from 6%DokiDoki and Angelic Pretty – include that fun metallic-purple hair bow (worn on the back of her head but big enough that it can be seen from the front), two purple bow pins on her dress, a heart ring, several keyboard key rings (Ctrl, Del, Esc), various other cute rings, a Cune decoration on her phone, and a large black purse that she purchased on Takeshita Dori in Harajuku.
